Need Help Cant access APP

For some Reason I am unable too sign into the APP, Im using an existing Email not a google account, I already asked support and they suggested I Put a forum up, When I Open the App instead of asking for my credentials it opens a pop up on chrome and asks me to sign in, when I do it opens the app back up, but resets the app and dosent actually signs me in on the APP instead it again opens a pop up and asks me to sign in but never actually signs me in on the APP. I CAN LOG IN ON A COMPUTER Just not the APP. Please Help me, Im hopeing someone has amswers.
