Has anybody else experienced an error message when trying to buy a bond on Mobile through their google play? I've never had this issue before trying to buy bonds on this account. I click the green symbol next to the minimap like I always do and choose buy 5 bonds. It loads for maybe 4 seconds and then I get a "ERROR" message no deatails on it or code to refer to. When going to purchase a Mem sub with the exact same process my google play card pops right up and allows me to purchase but not when trying to buy bonds. I created an alternate acccount and im able to buy bonds with the EXACT SAME process and the exact same google play account with no issues whatsoever. on the alternate account Just on my main account. I emailed Jagex and submitted a ticket tried all the trouble shooting guidelines and contacted google play and was thrown back to the wolves. The issue is ONLY on this account. I've tried spamming the buy bond button getting spammed "ERROR" back. I've uninstalled the game restarted devices and reinstalled with no issue fixed. It does it on my tablet to again with just this account only. This has been an ongoing issue for over 3 days now going into the 4th day with no changes, still recieving "ERROR" message. Im at a total loss and have seemed to exact all channels. Please someone help. Flower Shop

If you have submitted a ticket to Billing Support, you just need to wait for a reply though it could be over a week before you hear back. PSA about Delayed response times

The only reason I can think is that your account might have hit its Bond purchase limit.
Our accounts all have a purchase limit which is individualised, based on our purchase history.
If it is a purchase limit issue, there is nothing you will be able to do to force a Bonds purchase other than wait for the limit to relax and allow further purchases.

What is the bond purchase limit time frame based off and how much time inbetween is it to allow purchase?
The limit is in place to deter online fraud against Jagex. JMods will not talk about or give information about how the limit is calculated or when it will relax for an individual account. They do not discuss this openly as they don't provide information that can be used by a fraudster to gain an advantage.

I might be completely wrong, it's just my guess about why you can't get through the purchase system. Players don't get a message about "you have hit your purchase limit" , they just see a glitchy purchase system that won't process and prevents them from buying.

You have sent off a message to Billing Support. Wait and see what reply you get. If a week passes, try buying a Bond again.
