buenos dias a los administradores de jagex ayer en la noche tuve un gran problema y envio el presente correo buscando su ayuda para solucionar este problema que no solo me a pasado ami sino tambien a muchoa en el juego y es el problema de los hackers.

para darles mas informacion ami me hackearon y me quitaron todo, me robaron todo lo que tenia en el banco.
Y por culpa de su mala seguridad entraron y violaron el autentificador el cual se supone me da mas seguridad y aun asi me quitaron todo.
se supone que todo lo que hacen es para que los usuarios tengamos una mejor experiencia con el juego pero sus medidas de seguridad pueden ser violadas por ** usuario que perjudica a los demas y daña la experiencia de juego de otros y eso no es justo.
aparte se supone que las cuentas pertenecen a jagex y que los jugadores solo las tenemos prestada y de que alguien que no sea el administrador autorizado para manejar esa cuenta entre a robar item y coins sin ninguna consecuencia me parece muy mal.
otra cosa que me pare*** mal es que no tengan un apartafo en la pagina oficial para las personas que an tenido estos percances con hacker que jagex no ayude a solucionar estos problemas y hacer rendir cuentas a las personas que dañan la experiencia de juego de otro que si luchamos por subir nuestras cuentas y ganar coins honradamente.
le pido encarecidamente a jagex y sus administradores que ayuden a los usuarios a que estos problemas dejen de suceder para que los jugadores podamoa tener una experiencia de juego placentera y podamos seguir jugando el marravilloso juego que es old schoold runescape, sin los insidentes con hackers.
porfavor jagex este juego es muy especial para mi y no quiero dejar de jugarlo por culpa de personas mal intencionadas.

good morning to the jagex administrators last night I had a big problem and I sent this email looking for your help to solve this problem that not only happened to me but also to many in the game and it is the problem of hackers.

To give you more information, they hacked me and they took everything from me, they stole everything I had in the bank.
And because of their poor security they entered and violated the authenticator which is supposed to give me more security and even so they took everything from me.
It is assumed that everything they do is for users to have a better experience with the game, but their security measures can be violated by a user who harms others and damages the gaming experience of others and that is not fair.
Besides, it is assumed that the accounts belong to Jagex and that the players only have them on loan and that someone who is not the administrator authorized to manage that account enters to steal items and coins without any consequence seems very bad to me.
Another thing that seemed wrong to me is that they do not have a section on the official page for people who have had these mishaps with hackers that Jagex does not help solve these problems and hold accountable people who damage the gaming experience of another who if we fight to raise our accounts and earn coins honestly.
I strongly request jagex and its administrators to help users to stop these problems from happening so that players can have a pleasant gaming experience and we can continue playing the wonderful game that is old school runescape, without the insiders with hackers.
Please jagex this game is very special to me and I don't want to stop playing it because of bad people.

Was your Authenticator still active or had the hijacker removed it?

If it was still active, it means you have been phished or tricked.
If it was removed, it means your email is insecure.

If it was still active, check the the 'Linked Accounts' tab in account management and unlink any linked accounts (including your own). Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.
If you have linked accounts, review your security on the linked account website as your account on the other website has become insecure.

If Authenticator was removed, change the password to your email and set up 2-step verification on it.

Jagex provides the tools for players to maintain a secure account, the one thing they are unable to do is to sit next to players as they use the internet to stop them from making unwise decisions.
The majority of hijacks start with phishing, offers that are too good to be true, weak passwords and more. These are all in the full control of the player.
