I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties getting the app to work after the update. Just to rule out that you have done so already; deleting the current application from your mobile device, restarting your mobile device and re-installing after (
fresh install of the latest update)

If you have done so multiple times and are still getting the same bug you could join the official Oldschool Runescape Discord and head over to the dedicated mobile channels. There you are able to leave your specs and feedback for the developers so they can keep track of what is going on. You can find the official Discord invite link here;
