I created an account help ticket a week ago due to an ingame mobile attack style bug that affected my defence level. I believe this is only a mobile bug regarding equipping a soell to a staff when being attacked. I have not heard back from Jagex, it said when i created it that it takes 48 hours for a reply, but nothing yet. I provided all correct account information, please please help.

If you found a Bug in-game, it should be reported.
Instructions: How to report a Bug

Bug Reports are not responded to directly.
Fixes are done to correct future game play, not to repair past game play.

There is a recent News post about a combat experience Bug that affected players on 21st February.
