I'm trying to play osrs mobile but the screen is refusing to recognise my inputs when I touch the screen. its not my touchscreen as it responds to my touch outside the game this is particurly infuriating as I activated my membership today. it is also not my internet as things like monsters and people still move around me. The game also zooms out occasionally when I just tap with one finger and the entire zoom in out function needs a lot of work

I've now been trying to play for an hour and a half and I haven't been able to get more than ten clicks before the game refuses to respond to my touch I spent 8.99 on amonth membership(28 days is not a month moneygrabbers) sort this **** out.

Hello Kaidie,

First of all does this happen with other activities as well and not just with Oldschool Runescape? (say when playing any other game on your device or when browsing through other apps) . Make sure you are using the latest available client version of the game to rule out any potential bugs that may have existed in the previous/current version you play on.

Removing the application entirely is the next step you should do. Remove the app, restart your device and re-install after. This often does the trick for most people. Have you tried to flip your screen and see if that does temporarily fix the issue? I have been playing the game on mobile on multiple iOS devices wherever I go and on my older devices sometimes this does happen to me as well - what I do is swipe up and swipe back ( opening the tab switch feature on iOS( by doing so it fixes the issue for me.
