Can't access my PC character

If I'm on my PC and I login using Google, it logs me into my main character. I get the same main character if I login using username/password on PC.

If I login using Google on mobile, I log into a level 3 character. I get the same level 3 character if I login on mobile using my username/password that I use on PC.

Whichever login method I use, I get a lvl 3 character on mobile and my main character on PC. Is there anything that I can do to get my main character on my phone?

It sounds like your mobile has locked itself to a brand new character/account.

Please follow the instructions on the Why can't I log in to the correct account on mobile? support page.
