I'm unable to sign in with existing runescape account. It shows that it's trying to connect to Jagex servers than takes me back to the login screen where I can choose Google or Runescape. Log-in with google works but it's currently connected to another account. Any known fix to this?

Hi there

Try logging in through a different device e.g. a pc, to see if you can get access to the account.

I suspect the problem might be nothing to do with the device you are using and, instead, be an account issue.

I believe I'm experiencing the same issue, I can log in through a PC but am completely in able to log in via the mobile app I select the connect with RuneScape account option at which point "connecting to Jagex" pops up for a split second and then takes me back to the two options again. Wawa wi wa
