Hello J Mods, and other players in the community. I was pointed here very kindly by Mod Quill, after emailing with Mod Zee in Jagex support. Due to my issue with accessing the game when updating to the "Enhanced Mobile Client Beta". It seems many others with my issue have the same network.. anyways here's my info:

Data Provider: Cricket Wireless(AT&T)
OS: Android
OS version: 11

Playtime (Approx):0
What is the issue?: When updating the app to the "Enhanced Beta" version, it fails to load after opening to a white "X" logo with load bar and text "This game requires constant downloads and internet to play....".
Where is the issue?: Opening/loading/connecting
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No, I've tried a few ideas from Mod Zee and Quill but haven't had any luck. Upon doing more research I've found many others with this issue and found out they too have the same service being Cricket. If I leave the beta, uninstall and wait for it to un-register me.. I can then download the regular client again and play as normal.

I'd really like to thank Mod Quill for reaching out and helping me, but also taking the time to try and find a possible solution to point me towards. Same with Mod Zee, the friendly, helpful, kindness is really appreciated from you guys. Hope to get going on this epic looking update ASAP so if anything else is needed let me know please!
