Game crashes after login

Good morning everyone. Im having serious problems trying to login, im here for almost 2h trying to login and I cant. Really annoying because that only happens on Members Worlds, why?

I log in, it stays ok for seconds then i crash and it goes straight for the “sign out - yes or no” option - or it doesnt login at all but i need to change worlds because “I didnt logged out from my previous session”

In f2p it goes perfectly, doesnt crash, but i cant do anything there with the items I have. Whats happening?

I restarted the ipad (it also happens on the iphone), i tried multiple worlds, i reinstalled the app, tried everything. Went for support but jagex doesnt have that option (sending a ticket or something, only standard options that never help at all)

I have the same kind of problem, I found out that it has something to do with the kind of activity im attending. If im at GE and login into a world that has like 5+ people standing near GE it immediatly logs me out for no reason, if I try to click login again after that it says my account hasn’t logged out of its previous session. I can only join non-member worlds that are low in people… but then when I lvl up or open my gear inventory it immediatly logs me out again. Very frustrating, and I have no clue how to fix this problem.

I play on mobile, iphone with 4g internet. First time the crashing happend was 8-12-2021

The problem should now be fixed.

In fact I am... now I cant e even connect to server in any device. Every other app or browser works perfecly (proof is that im sending this post) except from OSRS app - same on iphone and ipad, in both house router and mobile internet - already reinstalled app, restarted devices, and nothing

Been all morning on this, I give up for today, hope it eventually gets solved
