Jagex are aware, and are expecting a fix at December 9, 11 AM UTC game update.
Please retry by then!

You can potentially avoid this by avoiding busy worlds/locations. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
