Hi all,

I am using the android old school runescape app and when I open the app it only shows me the options to continue with Google account or runescape account. Once I login with the runescape account it takes me back to app with the same to options of continue with Google or runescape. I have tried reinstalling the app from the Google play store and rebooting my android device with app installed and not installed however it still only gives me the two options of Google or runescape. I don't why I can't login on the mobile app, if anyone can help that would be great.

Hi, there will be an app update available for Android users in about 17 minutes.

Try updating at that time and see if you're able to connect.

You might experience connection issues until the game update at 11 AM UTC, though.
