When signed in as "lawlzbruh" on the website, are you seeing the same name as you would expect to see in game?
If the game initially said your account was stuck in a members location, prior to you adding new membership, then that means the account was members all along.
Thing is, when membership expires it relocates the character to Lumbridge.
Playing on mobile can sometimes cause some confusion if you click the wrong login button.
