does anyone know if regarding those eliminated skills would it actually be acceptable to deposit the tokens again into the skill because it get fustrating that they keep building up...

I've been skilling all day and only herblore is consuming tokens. Seems they can only be used on the skill available for voting.

Also, I'm trying to get the 6 crumbled letters from each station, but they're not showing up either.

I guess just turn in the tokens to Mini Morn or use them up training Herblore.
