First off chill out; second off Jams hasn't said yes or no to your request and so you shouldn't have applied. Just stop making it a big thing - he'll likely let you move anyway it's just manners not to apply for another team when Jams could well say 'No' and want you to stay on Harchester. Member of

If German and I came to an agreement for me to join Mort'ton in Season 18, can I apply for F.C. Bayern Mort'ton right now for Season 18?

Same logic you used. Jams said maybe. He never agreed. He could've said yes, he could've said no.
