That's the point. It's an uncommon event. Thousands of kids die to starvation in 3rd world countries everyday but that can be prevented. Mine accidents, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc. can't be prevented because you can't predict how they will occur. It's just to show a sign of respect to people who have passed away because they were working. It's just 1 minute. It's not going to kill you. There's no point in arguing over why someone was carded because he was talking during a messily 60 seconds of not typing words on your keyboard. But w/e, I wasn't even there.
