I have been trying to figure out what rewards I will get from completing this event as a F2P player, but I can't find it anywhere so I'm just going to ask here:

Will I get the staff?

Will the F2P staff have unlimited runes?

Will I be able to claim the higher tiered staff if I become a member at some point in the future?

It looks like I found my answer on the wikia, but for anyone else that is interested:

No, F2P players won't get the staff, but yes, as a member it can be reclaimed from Diango in Draynor for a fee.
