I don't have a list. I never imagined I'd be posting about this because I really don't believe they care. "Look how we communicate with our players, yay runefest! Jagex is so awesome!" is them just being friends with people.
Basically, they're release so much "new" stuff, keeping the vast majority, mindless grinders ("YAY 120 [skill] WOOT ALL THOSE 200 NETFLIX HOURS FINALLY OMG" "IM SO MANY XP DRY WHERE IS MY [SKILL] PET? WTF JAMFLUX?"
entertained with these kinds of new content.
The one I'm most pissed about is the concentrated blast "rework" (adding critical strike chance is a rework now). That ability got nerfed so long ago and only just recently finally got looked at again. I thought they just didn't have any animators to make a new ability animation for an actual rework but now there's talks for combat pets? Which will need animations too, a lot of animations...
Recent stuff that comes to mind (again, no list. forgot ~4 things rewriting this.idk how jagex works)
bash cd reduction and damage calculation change
concentrated blast is still rubbish compared to sonic wave
dazing shot changes? Still happening after 3+ months?
AoD aggro/people going MD during and after special attacks
abil queueing improvements
Personal one: Differences between dw and 2h isn't significant enough. Melee is the only one that differs a lot. DW range is cool, with needle strike, chins and bolas, 2h though? I guess shieldbow? Magic is only attack speed difference for utility and conc blast vs sonic wave.
I wish I could help me being so addicted to this game. So sickened about at least the last 8 months.

And good luck to all the other submissions as well! I've got a few favorites from reddit I hope to see make it into the vote (Newton included of course but that's totally bias on my end, lol), but I hope to see even more great ideas!
