Halloween Costume Contest/ Citadel Resource Race

This week we will be having a Halloween themed resource race at the Citadel this week. Wear your best trick or treat outfit to the event this week and there will be "treats" for everyone who attends and a very

nice

present for the person who has the best costume!

Also all there regular gp prizes for the race will be double for this week only.

1st place - 3 mil gp
2nd place- 1.5 mil gp
3rd place -1 mil
