October Fun Cave Fishing


Host: Pigboy

Date: October 17 at 8:00pm est (That's 12:00am gmt on 18th otherwise known as the daily reset) through October 24 at 8:00pm est (That's 12:00am gmt on 25th at the daily reset for that day too.)

Location: Anywhere you can get Fishing xp from

Risk Involved: None unless you hook yourself :P

Equipment required: Anything that helps you obtain fishing xp

Description/Rules: This is a week long skill completion where all the fishing xp you manage to get will be tracked. Those who enter the event will be divided into 3 groups based on your level. You will be competing against the others within your group for a prize. The winner of each group will receive a gp payout equal to the xp they have earned up to a max of 5 mil gp. This will be a great time to gain fishing levels and stock up on some food.

Clan Cup Update

Been trying to catch everyone in game to keep updated on the Clan Skilling Cup. Fun Cave came 38th out of 91 clans in the mining competition, a really good result considering some of the clans we have beaten in the standings, and in the run up to double xp weekend, so thanks to everyone who contributed.

We have 2 more weeks to go so please lets keep pushing on this one and see where we end up. This week is Fishing, starting with clan fishing event on Monday where we will be kicking it off to try and get a good few results recorded.

Link is below for anyone to check what is or is not allowed, but any questions catch me or one of the other Elders in game.

Catherby Fishing Event / Priffdanis Fishing

So today we tried something a little new and went to priffdanis with some of the attendees to try out the new fishing method. It was a fun experience as we explored a new area in which i haven't tried out yet. Hopefully everyone else enjoyed it also.
