Hello,

I was looking around the forum, but didn't really find any forum about event reward support so I'm just posting this here.

It was explained in the news that if a player exchanged tickets in the current Balthazar's Big Raffle event, they would be rewarded with a piece of the Gilly's clown outfit for every 5 raffle tickets used.

I have exchanged a total of 54 tickets (3 times 14 and 1 times 12), but have not received a single piece of the outfit. I do not own this outfit yet so my only guess is that the reward is given for every 5 exchanges perhaps? Or is the outfit reward given after the event ended?

Either way, I'm not sure so I figured I should ask.

It is a cosmetic override...look there The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
