During Boss weekend, with enhanced ROW, does this apply to all bosses, or just a few. I heard last year it only applied to 3. Also, is collectors insignia(Charged) enhanced as well, or just the ring. You sound salty.

The increased chance of rare drops should apply to all rare drops, and I'd imagine that the enhanced ring of wealth will apply everywhere that the ring of wealth has an effect on drops.

I'm not sure about the collector's insignia, but my guess is that it won't be included and that only the ring of wealth will be enhanced during the weekend.
