SECTION I - Title Changes
A. A new champion may only be crowned after defeating, by kill, the champion in a championship match.
B. Championship(s) will NOT change hands upon disqualification or count-out, UNLESS otherwise specified by the referee.
C. The President of WWE reserves the right to remove a wrestler as champion if he, and 2/3 of the Board of Directors see fit. (See Corporate Policy.
D. For the Hardcore Championship, a match challenge must be issued, accepted AND approved by first in command (see Corporate Policy) before the match may take place.
SECTION II - Championship Contention
A. A person gains contention to a championship by winning a contention match, or, by placement of WWE Management.
B. A person loses contention by no-showing to their match without prior arrangements with WWE Management.
C. A match is only re-offered to contenders who make arrangements with management to have the match at a different time.
D. If a contender loses their match, they must regain contention before another title match is issued.
SECTION III - Champion's Rematch Clause
A. A rematch is earned by a champion if he/she successfully defends their title one (1) time.
B. A rematch will be dated at the discretion of the President of WWE.
C. If the former champion no-shows to his/her rematch clause match, the rematch clause becomes VOID and they must regain contention.
