So, I collected all 8 legs and got 500 Grey matter. I talked to the Dr. and say "I have found all 8 legs..." He says "Great check out the shop." I go to the shop and the spider is still locked. Now my leg pieces have disappeared, and I cannot collect them again as I have already collected them. I have screenshots of everything if a mod needs to see them in order to resolve the problem. Please fix!

Submit a ~~bug~~ arachnid report! Also, you're sure you still have 500 grey matter and have tried logging out then in?

HELP! I spent 3 hours earning enough grey matter to purchase the Hat, Title, and Pet. The only thing I have received is the Title. I have checked my inventory and my bank, and the Hat and Pet are nowhere to be found. When I go back to the rewards shop, it says that all 3 items are "purchased", yet i still have no idea where the Hat and Pet are. Has this happened to anyone else? Did I just waste 3 hours of my life for nothing?

Click on the mask icon next to the helmet, in your main ribbon menu:

For the hat, click on the headgear section. It should be an override.

For the pet, check the familiars section. It should also be an "override"

--They aren't physical items, but instead in the customization interface!

My bug is different - I can't redo the Halloween activities even though I last did them yesterday. Same for the sprouts. I have tried reloading and logging in and out.
