Technically only two time, you've held once on deafdavid5 but twice on uptown so therefore technically you are only a two time champion on uptown, i wouldn't count title reigns on different accounts.
In any case, i am announcing my intention to be involved in the Money in the Bank Ladder match and win it.

Firstly, I want to say Congrats to David. Although it wasnt your account who beat me, I won't make up an excuse. But what I do have is one more rematch to put this exchange to peace.
The place: NWF Mania II.
The championship: Federated Nation.
The match: NO HOLDS BARRED.
Now if your the champion you say you are, you'll accept No Holds Barred. At NWF Mania, and I will retire a LEGITIMATE three time FN champion.

Ok heres my version of events, I don't want to stir up trouble but accusations of me "closing my rs browser" is a joke.
1) My mum has recently dropped the line I use for my internet, as she thought I don't deserve it for my crap grades (3 C's), so then onwards I've had to use a Sky broadband, which is unbelievably slow, and I can only access it wireless, therefore putting me at risk of Dcing. (Not using this as a case of defence but, when you dc, the match usually gets restarted even though the majority can tell you who won if somebody died).
2) In the re-worked match, I was meant to start with a defence boost in excess of 115+. This is due to me excaliburring before I dc'ed. I had asked you if I should get a super defence pot to use instead of excalibur, but you declined. Having known me for so long, and me being so lenient in RSW as I've never potted in normal fights, you could easily have inv checked and pot checked me before i drank the super defence.
3) You said I would START the match with no special attack. So I used it at the start (For defence boost). I used the excalibur midway through it, but even if I started on 70 spec or 20-40 spec, my aim was to get my special attack back, and as there are unlimited hops, then it is massively unfair that I can't use a special attack during the match, as special attacks are allowed..
I rest my case.

In regard to Jams' post.
I understand about connection issues. I was having them last night, as you could all clearly see.
In the Rematch which followed, I point blank told you that I would HP you first and then I would allow you to spec for your defence boost. You disregarded that order, speced first and then allowed for HP. When the Match began, your spec bar was further up than it was supposed to be due to the time it took for your health to increase. That's why I wanted to HP you first, and that's where this confusion over 'was he allowed to spec?' 'wasn't he allowed to spec?' came from.
If you had followed what I asked, there would be no controversy here.
Perhaps Matches do normally restart if someone has a dc problem. But this was no ordinary Match. This was an NWF World Championship Match, a Match that had a prize at the end of it, not just a normal one-on-one. You were at a distinct disadvantage when you 'dced' and therefore it was only fair to the reigning Champion that you would have a distinct disadvantage in the Rematch.
The majority of the audience, minus 2 people, believed I was being lenient towards you. I myself felt this was the fairest way to settle things.
And then we come to the issue of you actually disconnecting. Unfortunately, I myself was lagging severly when this 'dc' took place. My stance on it last night was to give you the benefit of the doubt; to reset the Match to how it previously was and continue with the World Title Match. However once again you provided controversy in that Match by not following my orders. That, added to the fact you had dc'ed at NO other time that night except directly during your Match whilst being beaten, makes me suspicious.
So now I have a decision to make. And you will have to wait until next weekend for that decision to be made. I want no more said on this topic, you've put your case forward, as has Dead Devil, but ultimately what I say will go.
You'll have your answer this weekend, mark my words.

Sam, Hall of Fame induction will be announced in the coming weeks.
Tiger and Deaf, Tiger has a Rematch clause. I think it's fitting that this Match happen at NWF WrestleMania. Therefore my decision is to book that Match.
