Double XP weekend question

I was wondering if the XP benefits would also apply to the double XP? I want to level my runecrafting and was wondering if this would be s good way.

If you mean bonus experience items and bonus experience, then yes, they will work - and stack. The bonus experience from them won't be doubled however.
