About Dungeoneering and Double XP weekend.

Will Dungeoneering cards work during the time as well? Say like the Dungeoneering Wildcard. Get 50% more Dungeoneering XP. Will it take effect WITH the double XP? Or will it just record the base xp first, then kick in the 50%, then the double xp from base xp.
