Hello, I was just wondering if quests have a chance to give postage stamps upon completion? because I have a bunch of quests I want to finish but would like to get stamps as well. Should I just postpone doing my quests till later? Playing RS 12+ years on and off, and still absolutely clueless on how to play

Unfortunately there is no Halloween event this year - the parcel event is a separate thing altogether.

Postage stamps are only awarded through opening fan mail or parcels. These items are themselves awarded through skilling activities or combat - not as an award for completing quests.

Of course, any skilling or combat activities you do during the quest has a chance of a mail delivery.
