The Spotter Team started about 2 months after the main project. The purpose of the team is to look out for players who are community minded and could possibly join our community. The players can be any level, as long as they are Community minded, seem like they would fit in well with the community, and are willing to take some time each month to help out new players, even if its just one small time a month.

Here at TGNP, we like players who make an extra special effort in our community. This is the place to recognize those players and their efforts. Every month we will choose a member most deserving of this spot since they have helped our community. Each member that is chosen, shows the fact that they want to help improve our community in a good way.

Here is what a Helper of the Month shows to our Management Team:

-Notifies problems within or thread or Chat
-Not bossy
-Full of suggestions
-Hardworker

Remember this: Even though you may not be chosen, this doesn't mean you aren't any of the things stated above. Someone may have worked harder than you, even though you did too. If we feel there are two worthy members, both will be chosen!

Here at TGNP, we are more Community based than clan based. This means that most major decisions are made by the entire group, not just the leaders. The leaders are here to make sure everything runs smoothly and to keep things up and running. With the update of the new clan system, we continue to have only 3 leaders. These leaders will continue to make sure this group stays alive and become something to be proud of.

When it comes to Rated Clan Wars, all leaders of the group have the Rated Clan Wars Leader role, but we also give certain members the job of being a Rated Clan Wars leader.

Here is how our ranking system works:

When you first join the community, you'll be given a rank of recruit (1 stripe ranking).
During the time that your a recruit rank, you'll learn how our community is run. How our cc and events are run. And generally what to expect as a member of TGNP.

When we've seen that you've learned how our community is run, been active in the cc, and have attended a few events, you'll be given a rank up.

Your next rank will be corporal (two stripes). At this rank, you'll be known as a normal member. You know how the community is run, and you've gotten acquainted with all of us. Your expected to be active in the cc and attend events. The majority of the community is this rank.

If we see that, you’re an exceptional member. One that is very active, on the cc, forums, and events. We may consider ranking you up. Basically, to get a rank up, you'll have to stand out among the other members. You'll have to be active on the cc. Post every once in a while and add to the forums. And be active within events. Attending many events or volunteering.

If you are chosen to be ranked up, then your new rank shall be a Sergeant (three stripes). At this rank, you'll be known as an exceptional member. One that is active ingame and on forums. Only a couple members are this rank (atm).

The rest of the ranks, are fairly difficult to acquire, and so I’ll stop here. Though it is still possible to acquire those ranks.

Our Ranking system is very simple and easy to understand. In reality, only the ranks of 1-3 stripes exist. Stars are just people who have a special job within the Community itself. The biggest thing taught in TGNP about ranks is: Ranks do not matter. We are all equal, and all want this Community to be great. Below is what each rank is and a small description of it. Silver Stars and higher have the ability to kick from the chat.


1 Stripe - New Member - Welcome to the group! Once you get to know how things run and we feel you are ready, you will be promoted to the next rank.

2 Stripes - Normal Member - Most of the Community is this rank. Members who show extreme dedication and amazing skills will be given another rank up.

3 Stripes - Extremely Dedicated/Amazing Member - Congratulations! You have been recognized as an outstanding member who is extremely dedicated. This is a difficult rank to achieve, and those with it have given much to the Community.

Bronze Star - Helper of the Month - At the end of every month, we will select the player who most stood out during that month. They will be recognized as the Helper of the Month, and will have this rank until we chose the next Helper at the end of the following month.

Silver Star - N/A

Gold Star - Leaders of TGNP. These included the Group Owner, Forum Management Leader, and Spotter Team Leader. There will only be 3 leaders at any time.

Gold Key - Owner - Newb Drive, our Friend chat account.
