Hi,

In RS Discord we've had JMods interact with a good deal of affected players to try and investigate the cause of error. The best you can do right now is making a bug report using the in-game reporting tools I'm afraid. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
