Tiger potted, there's no question to that. But, people should really have stat-spies in shows now adays to avoid controversies like that. Let's say, if people are going to pot, if they are caught before-match, they should receive some kind of punishment after the proper match and be HPed immediately. If they are caught during the match, they should be instantly disqualified, as the stats have affected the match already.
IMO, I think Dead might of made too much of the situation. I don't think potting before a title match deserves a 3 week suspension tbh, even if RSW is dead or alive. I mean, if Tiger WAS caught during the match being potted and he was disqualified, being disqualified would of been his only punishment for potting, and that was how RSW always worked out. Now compare being disqualified to being 3 weeks suspended; it does not match up, keeping in mind, it was just pre-match.
If I wanted to spice things up as the GM, I would of punished Tiger, by letting him have his title fight, but add a stipulation in it, which if he lost, he will be forced to serve the 2/3 weeks suspension.
