@Solseraphim - I'm not sure tbh. From my experience, most of the J Mod in-game events I saw were held by Mod Lee. :|

@Misterr - It's been said that Jagex has no plans to release a Halloween event this year for RS3. However, there's talk about an event to be released on Old School RuneScape this week for Halloween.
