The article about the Grand Party in Lumby Crater for week 2, Celebration of Combat, includes the following:

"Oh, and do you see that golem chap pottering about the place? Give him a whack on the noggin and you'll get an hour-long Elder Overload buff. Nice!

On top of that, the Lumbridge Crater's been spiced up with a few new additions, including a golem target dummy to assist you in your combat adventures. There's a reward for interacting with them all, so keep checking back throughout the week."

I missed the 1st day (which was only from noon - midnight), but I have interacted with the golems and both NPCs each day since then. BUT, I can't find anything or anyone else to interact with related to combat week in the crater.

The wiki and other related articles/content for this week only mention the perks we get during the week and from the golems, but no where does it give any info. about the golem target dummy (unless that is related to the golems in the previous paragraph) and there is no info. about any thing or any one to interact with during the week to receive any type of reward.

What am I missing?

I'm sorry for the late reply, but you're not missing anything. There was a mistake in last week's news post, which left a few players looking for something that wasn't there. Please see the following quote from Mod Hooli:

The new portal is the Anniversary Portal - but we've updated it to remove the incorrect information about the Slayer locations & the wording insinuating it's a new portal rather than a new portal destination.

Apologies to anyone who's been left confused this morning. We're working with the team to make sure this doesn't happen for any of the remaining weeks and we're communicating accurate, final information. It's on us to do better."

I understand that it might be a tad annoying, but at least you didn't miss out on any hidden rewards. :)
