Hey Chief Elf. The calendar is posted in Game Time, so no its not configured to your own time zone.
When you really get into events, you'll be pretty good at converting GameTime to your own local time. I still struggle though at others' time zones or for that flaky time when different countries are starting or ending daylight savings times.
Luckily, there's the timeanddate site that provides the clocks on this thread, and Great One's posts with time zone charts.

I seem to have a bit of trouble with the calendar, where it's cutting of Saturday and Sunday.
I played around a bit and still couldn't figure out what i need to do to fix this. What does one suggest?
Also, profiled.

Ah State Bird , the weekend is definitely cut off for me today too .
I'm sure it hasn't always been that way.
I'm going to let Mod Jon know its messed up and see if there's anything he can do with it.

I'm seeing it much better now as well with the update! I fully see 6 of the days (Monday - Thursday) and only partial of Sunday, being the last column. It's definitely. an improvement and I can live with it.
