Reasonable change, and I agree that it is necessary for preventing such problems. (Perhaps there could be an exception for those who pay the prize money to a CM competition organiser, in advance - so that people know it's genuine, and you can oversee fair play? Just thinking that it'd otherwise prevent the PSP giveaways, and having the system would open up the opportunity for those who really do want to encourage more people, to do so openly).
Question about the Forum Section:
Can we post threads which discuss the different advantages of competition methods/ gather ideas for new innovative competitions? Or is this purely for listing predetermined events?

If you have a normal event (for example, hide and seek) which you wish to give out prizes for - you may do this. However, you cannot specify the rewards on your thread.
Does this mean we can still advertise drop parties as long as we leave the "drop" out of them? That is, advertise them as normal parties with no mention of drops?
So where can we advertise for awesome drop parties? I would like to host a really great drop party. Am I simply not allowed to use the forums at all for this?

jessedog7 - The post above which named another player in a negative light has been removed. If you feel someone's activities ingame are breaking the rules, that would need to be reported ingame.
