No Lootscape reward 24hrs late

So I watched the Nex raid on Twitch yesterday. Runescape account is linked to Twitch and Lootscape drops are enabled. It says you must watch at least 1 minute of the video and I watched it for about 10. That was at 11:00 yesterday and here we are at 12:50 the next day and still no Lootscape reward. It said you are garunteed a reward, so where is it? It also said it can take up to 24 hours and its been 26. I waited all week to do the Lootscape thing becuase I missed the first one due to not having Twitch, so tf... "For all you know, I'm the silver in the bullet

I have been waiting patiently for 2 days myself ' Sept 10th 2020 '

No loot to be had yet for me. love to have a place to look for those that got/get or getting.
