well welcome back man, we could use the help.
Here's my report on the conga line and hide and seek event.
it wasn't as was a total bust . only 5 of us went, but we were able to get a new member in our group. only cajun and Dragon stood to the very end of the conga line. since no one joined the conga and we only had 3 of us. i ended the event early and didn't go into the hide and seek event.

Overtime through out the winter and spring. I've been noticing about 3/4 of our current members to be inactive which I'm really questioning about .
The job of a Web Event member, or any other event clan member for that matter, is to at the least stay active in the clan chat, even if you have the inability to actually attend a event in the clan chat .
However not even those members even stay active in the clan chat. Who knows? It could be school or life issues or just need to take the time off, which is entirely okay, as long as the members at least post or tell us in any way that they'll be inactive . Not even our inactive members do this as if they're trying to ditch us or something.
I entirely find this problem is one of the components that adds to Web Events down period .
In any case something needs to be done about this since we're losing members by the season. Who knows maybe they'll be active in the summer, but any case let's take action.

Thanks for the posts guys. I will try to work on some of this stuff, but I am very busy for the next few weeks.
I am glad to see people that are concerned about the group and willing to help.

srry ya missed it
here's my report.
Today's events went alot better then yesterday. True only 2 members joined, but we were able to add someone new to the group. we did a med dungeon and stood in there for a good hour.

overall report of this weekends event
We had a shakey start but i think todays event helped us recover. all an all, it wasn't a total bust. we added two new people and rose awareness to the events community. I feel i did ok running the events. plz agree or disagree.
