Welcome to the Volunteer section of this thread. I would like to thank those of you who have signed up to be an volunteer for this group. The Volunteers are some of the most dedicated members of our group.
This section of the thread will lay out some of the responsibilities that the Volunteers will have. They aren't required, but the information will be here to help them out. Before the volunteers can start they need to contact myself (Quirk X) to see what kinds of tasks they will be assigned to, although I would like this to be flexible :) .
It may seem like there is a lot of information in this section, but there is going to be. Not all of it is going to be done by the Volunteers. I will try to work closely with the Volunteers so that they don't feel lost, because this is a group effort.

Our volunteers will be expected to attend events and write reviews of these events on the thread. This will help us keep organized and figure out what works and what doesn't. These are also very important in case someone missed the event and wants to figure out how it went.
Some things to include in the review would be...

•What was the event?
•Where?
•About how many people?
•What part of the event did you enjoy?
