Hey guys, I'm running an event through mine and my friends discord server. There's more information available there about dates and how to enter:
The event is going to be based around the roulette wheel. Bosses will be split into four categories:
Class A (4 points)
Vorago
ED1 (50+ scales in one drop) (trash mob drops don't count)
ED2 (trash mob drops don't count)
ED3 (trash mob drops don't count)
Solak
AOD
Class B (3 points)
Rax
Raksha
ROTS
Legiones (whole bow)
Kalphite King
Class C (2 points)
GWD2
Nex
Class D (1 point)
GWD1
QBD (dragon kite/draconic visage/full royal crossbow)
Dagannoth Kings (all 4 rings)
You will be split into teams of five and, using the roulette wheel, be given a boss from each of the four classes. It is then your job as a team to go to each of your allocated bosses and get a world announcement (any drop that shows up in chat for the world that you are playing on). Note that the announcement has to be for someone in your event team.
There are two different ways of moving on:
3/4 classes completed (you will not receive bonus points)
4/4 classes completed (you will receive an extra 3 points for full completion)
After completing your first spin you will then get another. The winner will be the team that ends with the most points!
I don't like to provide a strict money incentive for these challenges as I feel the purpose should be finding new friends and learning new bosses. Although this is the case, I will be asking for a 5m entry fee. The winners will receive 2/3 of the accumulated pot, and the runners up will receive the remaining 1/3.
