Hello there! Here are the minutes of the Eventeer Meeting for the combined Event and Story Communities planned event!
1) The theme of Sherlock Holmes was thought to be an excellent one to plan the event around
2) Amoraten will liaise with members of the The Word to create a separate thread to advertise the event
3) The best date to host the event was agreed to be a Saturday- we would be looking to host the event in 4/5 weeks and the exact time is to be agreed
4) The event will comprise:
-A F2P world
-Starting point of Lumbridge Square
-Quick conga from Lumbridge, Varrock to the entrance of the Gamer’s Grotto outside of Falador
-The treasure trail/scavenger hunt will start outside the Gamer’s Grotto- it will also give those players who do not wish to participate in the trail to play one of the games in the Gamer’s Grotto
-Rewards will be offered for participants/winners of the treasure trail
-The event will end with a game in the Gamer’s Grotto for those who wish to play
5) The teams/clans who have pledged their support to help to make the event successful are: The Word, RS Outreach, Events United, World’s Event Bureau, Weekly Forumer Events, Town Square Q and A, Sixth Realm, The Global Newb Project, Time to Relax Events, Partytime CC, Equinox- Amo will chat to other clans and one or two offsite fansites to see if they would like to support too
6) Finer details for planning the event to be discussed on the Events United thread

On a separate note:
Greenaye1 (from the German community) is planning a carnival based event and would like to get the event teams involved to support too- a couple of teams at the meeting pledged their support (more details coming soon )

Silly give-away quiz event coming up tomorrow
^^ must think of questions
Lower levels might have an advantage over higher ones (sorry it is my speciality )
The quiz will comprise not just answering questions And yes the winner will receive 1 million coins... other rewards for 2nd/3rd etc etc

Thanks to everyone who came to the Who Wants to Be A Runescape Millionaire Quiz! Great turnout!
The top five were:
1) Foxlord- 14 points (won 1 million coins)
2) Sir Fenix- 11 points (won 750,000 coins)
3) Alfred Jones- 8 points (won 500,000 coins)
4) QuackerJack- 7 points
5) Capn Caveman- 6 points
We also dropped 1mill in the Falador party room afterwards and gratzz to all who got something!
^ now I'm off to skilling again for some coins (will be a while before I host one of these again )
Next week's events will be posted before Wednesday

On a separate note: Thanks to Sir Fenix for taking up the mantle of recruiting people on the forums! Thanks for all your hard work

:)Thank you very much for organising the "Who Wants to Be A Runescape Millionaire Quiz" !
I had a great time with lots of laughs at some very funny answers. There was stiff competition both with keyboard skills and in the kitchen. But look out I'll be brushing up for next time, got to improve my very high score of "0" in all events...lol
