“Oh tidings of Wig, Hair and Woe”

The Wise Old Man, a gentleman
Looked out on Christmas day
His Powdered Wig it seemed to him
Had simply flown away
He wondered where his wig had gone
Then heard Zenivia say
“Oh tidings of wig, hair and woe
Where did it go?
Off to the barber shop you go!”
The Wise Old Man, then saw a space
Where his Wig-Stand should lie
He wondered where it had gone
And how his wig could fly
He trudged to Fally then by foot
And heard the barber say
“Oh tidings of hair loss, and why
Do I try?
I can’t help you, so goodbye!”
The Wise Old Man, then scratched his head
His last hair then fell out
He went to visit Party Pete
A drunken layabout
He asked Pete above the din
Pete said “Old Man don’t shout!”
“A wig you need, for your head-
Preferably red,
Wear this and you’ll knock ‘em dead”
The Wise Old Man then wore his wig
With dignity and pride
Until he passed a smirking guard
Who quickly screamed then died
The Wise Old Man took off his wig
And then he did decide
“I shall try the Ogre Baber Shop”
With a skip and a hop
A new style he did then develop
The Wise Old Man with Ogre wig
Did look rather strange
Then a plump and portly man
Said within ear-range
“Why you look so silly man
Let me try to rearrange
This mess of wig, hair and Woe..
There you go!
That looks much better, you know!”
The plump and rather portly man
Then vanished out of view
The Wise Old Man then scratched his head
But instinctively he knew
The kind fat man had given him
Something warm and new
Santa smirked as he vanished out of view
What did he do?
He had given a Santa out of the blue!

Within the past few days quite a bit has happened on the Events United thread. We still need some feedback, and help with the event that has been scheduled. Please have a look at the thread and leave some feedback . The event information is on the 11th page of the thread.
