Cant Pay for Membership

So i'm trying to buy membership with a credit card.
Everytime i click pay now i just get a swirly even waiting 4 hours results in a swirly and no way to pay.

Any way to get past this?

If it still doesn't work, try from a different computer or device.

If it still doesn't work, wait 24 hours then try again as Jagex might be having a problem.

I have tried on this laptop alone Firefox, Chrome, and microsoft Edge.
Further have i tried it on my desktop and a second laptop.
