Have you set up a new Runemetrics Pro subscription since the price went up in early May?
If your subscription has been continuous and not been re-set up, you need to sign up for a new subscription now to access the discount.
Gold Premier Club has been re-badged as Premier Membership.
If a check of your bank account confirms that you were billed incorrectly, the next step is to message Jagex Billing Support and get the account checked.
Go to the
Request a Refund
support page and use this navigation:
No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
That will get you to a message form to ask for assistance.

Check the Runemetrics Pro payment page again. Is it showing the discount price now?
(to check, you have to select it and click through to the page where you enter your credit card information <- that's the page the discount should show on)
If it isn't showing, use the 'Contact Us' button on the
RuneMetrics Pro
support page to message Billing Support.
I've tried again to purchase Pro both through the game and through the website but am still being offered it at £4.99. I did go to the contact us page and filled it in but to be honest it wasn't easy as the options were all concerning refund, transfer etc.
It doesn't matter if the options are not exactly what you want, the message will still get through to the people that need to see it. As long as you explain the problem in the space you have on the message form.
It will take Billing Support up to 48 hours to reply.
