Hi team,
I just purchased 3 bonds and I have not received them. I've purchased 6 in total - about 20 minutes apart, and the second round of Bonds have not come into my account. I was logged under the correct account, and I'm not sure where to go from here.
I did all the troubleshooting that the site says; logging out, checking other accounts, etc. I have the email, confirmation number and bank statement - help please!
