Hi team,

I just purchased 3 bonds and I have not received them. I've purchased 6 in total - about 20 minutes apart, and the second round of Bonds have not come into my account. I was logged under the correct account, and I'm not sure where to go from here.

I did all the troubleshooting that the site says; logging out, checking other accounts, etc. I have the email, confirmation number and bank statement - help please!

And the confirmation emails both confirm the correct account name?

All I can suggest for right now is to wait - for two days.
Check your bank account each day and see if the second lot of money has been returned.

If the second lot of money has not been returned, no Bonds have been delivered and two days has passed, please use the 'Contact Us' button on the Credit Card issues support page to message Billing Support to ask about the other purchase.

You need to give time because there may have been a block put on the second purchase and your money might be in the process of being returned.
Jagex are wary of multiple Bonds purchases from one account due to problems with online fraud, especially if the account has no history of regular Bonds purchases.

That makes sense - it went through on my card currently and it doesn't show as pending. I'll check back in a few days to see what the issue is; if there is one still.
