Hey Malua, I just received an update on my Jagex support ticket that I had submitted last night. According to Mod Zig, there in fact was a payment block applied to my account. This was a result of the account being compromised, and attempts at fraudulent purchases. Please note that for whatever reason I was never charged and also did NOT have a negative balance owed to Jagex. Please advise others who are having this issue to submit a ticket to the support team, as there may be a payment block on their account. Thankfully it took them less than 24 hours to respond. Again, my thanks to you for your support throughout this ordeal.
