Can't complete purchase FW

I was caught up in the excitement of yesterday so today I log in with the new account and this time clearly have the FW choice. Proceed to the payament page and complete and it sends you to a whole page of terms and conditions, that you can't then get out of. You scroll through, no option to proceed. If you go back to the payment page and try again, same outcome. How do I get past this page?
