My membership would not let me renew after the payment failed. It would only tell me my subscription is active. I was forced to unsubscribe and re-subscribe to get access to members again, and lost my grandfathered rate in the process.
I need my grandfathered rate back.

It says in the Support Centre
"As long as you don't lapse in membership for longer than 14 days, you will still maintain your previous membership rate."
If you have not received your grandfathered rate and you managed to renew within the 14 days, message Billing Support to get your account checked.
Use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the
Unsuccessful payment
support page to get to a message form.
If it has been longer than 14 days, you will need a very convincing excuse. I am not sure how it will go.
Were you changing payment methods e.g. from a mobile payment method to a website payment method? Changing payment methods can sometimes be difficult.
yes I was changing payment methods from website to mobile. I've done it before without issue but this time it would not allow me. ill follow the link and start a new forum
