Hello,

I have just bought the Gold Premier Club but unfortunately, I can't seem to have access to the Premier Pass for the Yak track, no outfit, no pet, nothing?

Is this because I had bought and canceled a mobile membership? Do the items go into effect once the mobile membership runs out and the proper time for the Gold Premier Club begins?

Or am I just screwed and should request a refund and wait to buy the Gold tier later?

Please let me know, as I'm really confused right now and I don't want to waste any benefits.

If you had a mobile app purchased membership active on your account you would be unable to purchase Premier Club from the website.

I think you need your membership checked by Billing Support JMods as they can see into your account and advise what is going on.
Go to the Common Credit Card Issues support page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to navigate to a message form.

Hey there so I have or rather had gold premier club but didnt realise that it pushed back my payment date and saw a payment from jagex but that was for something else, i cancelled my subscription thinking it was a mistake but now its saying my membership will end in January.
Is there anyway of contacting jagex to try and reverse this

Check the confirmation of purchase email you received.
Under 'Package' it should say "Premier Club Gold".
You purchased whatever it says under 'Package'.

Also, have you logged out and closed the game down since you purchased?
You need to shut down and open up again to update your account with the new purchase.

Good afternoon,

i have just recently bought the premier club membership but i`m having a doubt/issue with what i have been charged for.

on the website it says 74.99 USD.
but i have been charged with 89.9 USD.

i`m really concerned about this, i have paid more than the actual price.

please someone help me.

Premier Club cannot be bought at the moment. It is only on sale for a few months each year.

Read the email you received carefully as it will tell you exactly what you bought.
It is possible you bought the regular twelve month membership.

If you are unhappy with the purchase and want to wait until Premier Club becomes available next (in about six months time), you can apply for a refund.
