its only giving me the option to purchase the 1 month or the 6 month and i want the 12 month why is that happening

If you can only get 1 and 6 months maybe you have too much membership and you would hit the limit. I'm just guessing here but that maybe the case.

Players experiencing problems purchasing Premier Membership should message Billing Support to get some individual assistance.
There is a bug issue with the billing system. It is affecting accounts that have a great surplus of advance paid membership sitting waiting to be used.
Jagex is now addressing the issue internally and would like affected players to message them.
Please use the 'Contact Us' button on the
Transfer purchase
support page.
While a "transfer" isn't exactly the issue, the contact point is good enough to get your message to the people that need to see it.

You probably haven't waited long enough yet.
Billing Support are extremely backlogged at the moment. It could be another 2-3 days before you get a reply.
I've cleared the cache on two different browsers, including one that I rarely use, and I still have the same error message show up.
My previous Premier Club has now lapsed, and I'd really like to be getting the extra daily keys, as well as the Premier Yak Track rewards.
Malua, have you recently purchased Premier Club or another membership package? Perhaps because I haven't purchased any form of membership recently, that's why it's giving me the error message?

I just checked the 'Transfer purchase' link again and it is still working.
I haven't done any purchases on my account for over a year.
I cannot intercede for you in this matter. You HAVE to get that contact point working somehow.
Can you try from a different computer?
I just purchased the 12 month premier club membership. I received a confirmation email but the premier club membership has not been added to my account. I have looked the forum posts that suggest contacting support about 'Transfer Purchase' but the options it provides are really insufficient - I don't want a refund or to transfer my purchase, I just want it activated on my account seeing as I paid £60 for it!
